i am new to the forum but have been using your program for a long time. I have a question about P3dv4. do you have purchase a new version of the software for P3Dv4 when i put my key in for version two it accepts it but then only working in the KSEA area.

The About Tab of Profile Manager will show which licenses you currently have. You probably only have the 'FSX' license, in which case you will need to purchase the P3D license. Since you are an existing customer the cost will be $14.95.
