FSForce 2 & G940 problem

Hello!
I bought FSForce 2 for FSX a couple of weeks ago after trying the free
demo and liking it very much. The demo seemed to work as intended and
my G940 gave way better feedback with FSForce than with FSX standard
feedback.
The full version has not yet performed that well, unfortunately. These
are the two symptoms:
1) The trim gauge
The trim gauge does not show up. FSForce trim system seems to work, I
have enabled it in the dialog box and both trim buttons and the analog
trim wheel on my Logitech G940 changes the trim of the airplane. When
I select a "new" aircraft, FSForce asks me to run the config utility
to let it install a trim gauge, so it seems to be working that much.
But the trim gauge does not show when I manipulate the trim controls. Nor do I feel anything in the stick.
2) The force fedback
The force feedback is weak or unnoticeable. This was not the case with
the demo. In order to feel the grooves on the runway I have to set
gain to 3, and then it is barely noticeable only when I pull back on
stick and nosewheel lifts off ground. Same goes for the other ground
effects. They are either barely noticeable (braking) or not noticeable
at all (cornering, run-up vibrations), even with magnitudes set to
100%. The aerodynamic effects (centering of control surfaces as speed
builds up) are unnoticeable. In the demo they gave progressive and
smooth feedback.
When I say "unnoticeable", it may mean they either are generated , but
are too weak to be felt (which would imply a G940 driver problem?) or
they are not generated at all (which would imply an FSForce/FSX/FSUIPC
problem?). I can't say. I wish I had some way of seeing what
FSForce/FSUIPC/FSX sends to the joystick driver. Do you have a debug
version of FSForce 2?
I have tried reinstalling drivers, repair-reinstalling FSX,
reinstalling ActiveX 10, restarting FSForce, re-registering, and a
number of different settings in FSForce profiler without any luck. I
can't even get the demo version of FSForce to work when flying in the
Seattle area anymore.
I also emailed "support@fs-force.com" about this and included the log files from SimConnect and FSForce. Maybe they will be helpful?
Best regards
