Hi Dirk and hi to All

My problem except english is, that i can't but in somewhere the key that I bought by Simmarket. And i wasn't be able to start the Profil Manager aigain only in the first attempt with the demo. now I uninstalls everything and starts with a new installation. Then again the Profil Manager start only the process (in the Task manager visibly) but the profile window not.

What can I do there?

spend hours committed with the search but found nothing.

Try these steps
  • 1. Uninstall FS Force
    2. Completely delete the FSForce folder under Program Files
    3. Delete the temporary folder that you extracted the .zip file into
    4. Download the latest version of FS Force (2.5.0.5)
    5. Extract the .zip file to a temporary folder
    6. Double-click on Setup.exe and install the program
    7. Delete the temporary folder from step #5
    8. Click on Start / Programs / FS Force / Profile Manager
    9. Click on the "About" tab, then click on the Activate button to enter your registration key

When you start Profile Manager, do you get a button on the Task Bar?

Try disabling any anti-virus software, or anything else that might interfere with the program.

Have you tried the joystick diagnostic program? http://www.fs-force.com/support.htm#ForceTest

When you start FSX, do you get a FF icon in the system tray? That means FS Force is running. Start a flight in Seattle and see if you get force feedback.

Try unplugging your joystick and then start up Profile Manager.
