When the PC is switched on, the joystick is locked, the centering forces is at 100%. As soon as P3DV4 open the joystick take the selected profile. And blocked again when closing P3DV4. I hope it's clear, in my bad English. Edit: I just made a flight, and at the stop on P3D, the joystick is not power...
