Well, I'll post what I do. First, you need PPJoy (http://ppjoy.blogspot.com/) to create a virtual joystick with at least 2 axis, and Glovepie (http://glovepie.org/). The idea is to use the axis of the real joystick as inputs of the glovepie script and the ppjoy axis will be the output. In FSX, the a...

Difference between the normal MSFFB2 and the revised
I've just found a good chance to get an almost new MSFFB2 with red traslucent trigger. I already have the silver trigger version, but as this one is supposed to be better, I'd like to know if someone knows in what features is the revised version better. If someone knows... because a search in google...

But the null zone only works at the physical center of the range of movement of the joystick, and when you trim the logical center does not coincide with the physical center. The problem is that you can't have a null zone that moves with the center as you trim without losing range of the joystick or...

Make sure you have FF turned off in FSX It's turned off. That log may have been generated when launching FSX after a FSX crash. I may have not close fsforce manually after the crash and after launching FSX again threre were two instances of fsforce. I mean, that post with the log content was in the...

I have found this at the logfile: DLL SimConnect Client : Acceleration EXE SimConnect Client : Acceleration Error in routine MechanicalEffects.UpdateForces1 : DIERR_NOTEXCLUSIVEACQUIRED & VFW_E_FILTER_ACTIVE & DMO_E_TYPE_NOT_ACCEPTED : The operation cannot be performed unless the device is acquired ...

If I use together the keyboard and the pedals, even when I'm about to stop, the vibration exists and is very strong. The speeds configuration is ignored. I know that pressing the pedals and the brake key at the same time is not a normal situation, but as such a strange result arises, I thought it co...

Ok, I've been testing for a while. The braking force isn't still there. :( To be sure that I'm not using any weird setting, I've backed up all my settings, removed then and copied the ones that come with the installer, but still no luck. I've found something that may be interesting. The braking vibr...

Braking force effect not working, fs force 2
I was not having braking effect on the ground (the stick pushing forward effect) in fs force 2, although it worked when I tried fs force 1 demo in fs2004 long ago. As it's not such an import effect never really bothered to report this here. But the other day, I used the brake key for some reason ins...

You can easily do all kind of inputs binding with Glovepie . What you want could be done with a simple script like this: joy.button5=Released(mouse.wheelup) joy.button4=Released(mouse.wheeldown) This means that whenever there is a mouse wheel event in the up direction, a press of the button 5 of the...

By chance I have been thinking about this lately. I don't know if it is exactly the same than turbulence, but when there is a quick and random change of the IAS, fsforce could detect it and, if the new IAS is lower, for a tenth of second the centering force could be something like 30% lower that it ...
